Pork — It’s what’s for dinner!

Hello, Beautiful People!

The Rogue Pirate had been craving pork sausage patties with fennel (ever since we saw them on two separate cooking shows last weekend).  So I found this AWESOME blog:

The Liberated Kitchen-Portland, Oregon — Of course, they’re located in my spiritual epi-center!  (If you’ve never been to Portland I highly recommend it for sooo many reasons!)

I’m very excited to make them — along with some fresh asparagus and smashed red potatoes!
